In my role as a Communication Consultant, I engage with MJS Foundation employees to determine how to help them become more efficient in their roles. This includes leading relevant application training and creating resources to support ongoing learning. Another task of this project includes reviewing the company intranet and providing regular progress updates to the administration team.

Nonprofit that helps adults with autism in the northern New Jersey area lead more independent lives
In my role as a Communications Coordinator, I create agendas and take notes during my team’s weekly meetings, plan and facilitate monthly engaging social events for the nonprofit community of autistic adults and contribute content and graphics for the website.
