The training empowered a mission-led team to strategically utilize Gemini for streamlining everyday and complex tasks, such as analyzing annual reports and drafting high-stakes communications.

This module focused on the strategic application of Gemini within the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Slides and Sheets).
The goal was to automate repetitive administrative tasks and reclaim time for high-impact mission work through intelligent digital assistance.

Workflow Automation: Transforming complex data in Sheets into visuals such as pie charts and creating formulas to add up logistics such as grant tracking.
Communication Optimization: Leveraging Gemini in Gmail to search for specific topics, draft responses and summarize lengthy email threads.
