Simons Foundation YouTube reorganization project

For the Simons Foundation Communications team, I led the reorganization of over 750 videos on the YouTube channel of the Flatiron Institute, the Simons Foundation's internal research division.
I arranged the videos into playlists for each of the six foundation’s scientific centers.
With YouTube Studio, I organized all videos into respective playlists, applied metadata such as tags and reviewed thumbnails to determine the best ones to include on the published videos.
While going through this process, I found two strategies to advance the project more efficiently. These included the abilities to upload up to 15 videos at a time and to publish no more than 100 videos a day to YouTube.
The completion of this project resulted in an enhanced channel homepage that communicates more clearly to the foundation's YouTube audience what the institute does.

I compiled a presentation that recapped the the YouTube reorganization project, which I presented to the communications team. It breaks down accomplishments from the project, metrics, “other videos as assigned” and testimonials from the team.
